As of now, only the following sites may sell the Premium videos:

• Pearson Education (on their "Pearson Perspective" site) purchased a special license to have ALL my current videos on their site.

• Amazon and lulu sell my DVDs and VOD. Use the links I provide on this website to order.

• CreateSpace also sells my DVDs while CurrClick and MindBites sell my VODs too.
